creating a new portrait piece for a exhibition held in colerado this month. the exhibition is called 'in the midst of hope' which is a charity event to help raise money for awareness for children in uganda. the show is curated by patrick maxcy.
the piece that I'm working on is combined with inspiration from wildlife parts and I'm trying out some new techniques of drawing with my trusty pen, adding a bit of flow and movement in the patterns so it looks like the plans or merging out of the face like air.
